HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK

Whether it’s a sketch, an image, or just an idea, this is where the process begins. Our team reviews every request carefully to understand what you’re looking for.
We guide you through sizing, thickness, and design options that suit your budget.
Based on your idea, we’ll suggest practical adjustments and structural considerations to ensure the piece works well; visually and functionally.
Once the design is finalised, production begins with a 60% advance payment.
This confirms your custom order and allows us to begin the handcrafted process in our workshop. The remaining balance must be settled prior to delivery or collection of the finished piece.
Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
Crafting typically takes 7–14 days, depending on complexity.
Once complete, we’ll coordinate the most convenient way for you to receive your piece; whether through delivery or collection.

We offer precision laser engraving, allowing you to personalise your piece with messages, dates, or initials - clean, subtle, and made to last.
Add intimate details such as initials, dates, or short messages directly onto your jewellery.
Engraving is available on all custom orders and is planned as part of the design process.
Our rings are made to order, with the option to include engraving.
Once engraving is completed, the piece cannot be exchanged. Engraved rings are crafted within the standard production timeframe, with an additional charge.
Engraved pieces are considered custom items and are non-returnable.
